Kristin Lagana is a lifelong resident of Maryland, born and raised in Anne Arundel County, ten-year city dweller of Baltimore, and most recently captivated by the charm of county living in Oella. Kristin works full time for the University of Maryland Medical System, but spends her evenings and weekends in rehearsals and onstage as a musician (vocals, piano) with a handful of local projects spanning Motown and Funk to Top 40 to Hip Hop to Jazz to Rock. She still remains active on the local festival circuit, but performs mostly at weddings and events. She joined the Board in 2022 at the urging of dear friend Jaime Horrigan, of Sweet Leda fame, as an impassioned supporter of the arts. She has a background in theatre, a love she supports as often as possible to this day. She graduated from McDaniel College with a dual major in English and Theatre, and a minor in Jazz Studies, and when she's not hustling on and offstage, she's enjoying time with her husband Will, an events producer, and their two pups, Lolly and Zeus.
